Role-Specific Access

Universal Access: Notifications in vucavoid are available to users of all roles, ensuring everyone stays informed. Based on provisioned roles, different notifications might be shown.

Distribution of Notifications: Email and In-App

  • Dual Channels: Notifications are distributed via email and in-app, depending on the event and settings.

Email Notifications

Events Triggering Email Notifications

  • Specific Triggers: Certain pre-defined events in the application prompt email notifications.
  • Account Email Address: Notifications are sent to the email linked to your vucavoid account. Changing the notification email to a different address is not currently supported.

Accessing Notifications

  • Bell Icon: In-app notifications can be accessed through the bell icon in the top right corner of the application.

Real-Time Notification Delivery

  • Immediate Alerts: Notifications are delivered in real-time, ensuring instant receipt if you are logged in.

Notification Badge and Interactivity

  • New Notification Count: A badge next to the bell displays the number of new notifications.
  • Direct Navigation: Buttons alongside notifications allow quick access to related compliance management items like risks, incidents, findings, and challenges.
